Description

Have you ever wanted to run a company? Manage human resources? Deliver projects? Now's your chance to experience just that, thanks to the new board game "Mr. Java"!

The game focuses on an IT company, but the life of a company boss is universal: managing action choices, budget, human resources, employing consultants, improving team productivity and of course delivering projects on time as prescribed by the customer but satisfying their needs at the same time!

Your work team is made up of 3 resources (a designer, a programmer and a tester) each with their own area of expertise. In addition, your work team has special skills during the game.

You also have the option of having 2 new resources at your disposal (a project manager and a project controller). These resources enable you to pay less for project and productivity cards, as well as being able to manage several projects at the same time and increase your team's productivity.

The game is made up of 15 to 30 rounds of play with choices of actions to perform.

You must complete level 1, 2 and 3 projects in order to obtain certain rewards during the course of the game including reputation points. These reputation points will allow you to gain certain advantages in order to acquire more complex projects that will reward you with stars of excellence.

Victory points will be counted in different ways:

• Your XP count
• Your money collected
• Your reputation
• Your stars of excellence
• Bonus points for certain aspects of your game
• Your categories amassed on your completed project cards

The player with the most victory points at the end of the game will be the winner.
